Design studio for brands, hospitality & cultural institutions
Philosophy
We work at the intersection of brand identity, material culture, and product design — extracting the DNA of exceptional brands and translating it into physical objects that carry meaning and commercial value.
Our process begins with deep brand immersion, moves through rigorous design exploration, and results in products that honour the original brand while creating something entirely new.
Case Study
Reykjavík — 2025 — Silk

For cultural institutions, we work with both the collection and the brand itself. The National Gallery's iconic logo draws from the three curved arches of its facade — a distinctive architectural detail that became our starting point. Two signature designs drawn from Iceland's landscape — one shaped by the volcanic blacks and mossy greens of the highlands, the other by the shifting light of Icelandic skies.
The National Gallery sits on the edge of Tjörnin — Reykjavík's central pond — where the building's iconic three-pillar facade reflects in the water. We took this idea of reflection and created a signature monogram, layering stripes into the logo as if shaped by ripples on the surface. True to the brand, but a design that stands entirely on its own.
